Salesforce Integrates with Google Analytics 360

As consumers continue to interact with companies across multiple touchpoints such as social media, email marketing, etc., Salesforce and Google Analytics 360 have announced an integration that will allow marketers to better understand which channels are working well and what’s not performing to help bridge the gap between online and offline marketing efforts. The new partnership will allow for four major integrations outlined here.

 

Introducing Facebook Local

Taking aim at platforms like Yelp and Foursquare, Facebook Local is a new platform that allows people to find things to do and places to go. The platform allows you to search through listings in your area, and it also factors in places and things your friends have liked so you can see what your friends are interested in.
