Background

Lavi Industries specializes in architectural fixtures and software technology for managing crowds and queuing people in commercial spaces. This includes public guidance systems (physical queues and fixtures) and virtual queue management software. The company’s solutions are used in a variety of places, from major airport security checkpoints to the White House Christmas tree.

Pressing Needs

Lavi Industries had purchased HubSpot but wasn’t using it enough to justify the investment. The company was impressed with the customer relationship management (CRM) platform but simply didn’t have the bandwidth to realize its full potential. Lavi Industries also recently purchased Sales Pro and needed help installing the solution.
