HubSpot’s Fall 2025 Spotlight delivered a clear message: the future is unified. Every announcement centered on unifying data, systems, and teams to accelerate growth with AI-powered insights. From new Breeze AI capabilities to the evolution of the Data Hub, Smart CRM, and a refreshed brand identity, HubSpot is positioning itself as the platform where everything comes together.

Here’s a breakdown of the biggest updates.

Theme of the Season: Unified

The core of the Spotlight is unified—the promise of bringing together not only teams, but also data. HubSpot is making the case that it’s the only platform that can unify all your customer information and activate it with AI-driven insights.

The result? Your teams can “know everything and do anything.” This vision sets the tone for every product update.

Breeze Customer Agent: AI Concierge for Every Interaction

Breeze Customer Agent is evolving into a powerful 24/7 AI concierge.

  • Today: It already manages text-based conversations across chat, email, WhatsApp, and Facebook, with simple handoffs to human agents.
  • Post-INBOUND: It goes further with real-time lead qualification, voice conversation handling, personalized replies using HubSpot records, and a built-in testing and coaching experience to improve performance.

  • Support for multiple agents in one portal
  • New integrations with calling channels
  • Enhanced human handoff experience
  • CRM-level access for data updates
  • Visitor authentication, new customization options, and lead generation built directly into the flow

This evolution transforms Breeze Customer Agent from a reactive chatbot into a proactive growth driver.

Breeze Assistant and Custom Assistants

The former Breeze Copilot is now Breeze Assistant, with a major leap forward in capability.

  • Today: It offers basic, desktop-only AI help with limited access to HubSpot data.
  • At INBOUND: It becomes a ChatGPT-like AI with memory, multi-app connections (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack), advanced business analysis, and the ability to create custom assistants tailored to specific needs.

Breeze Studio

To support this, HubSpot introduced Breeze Studio, in which teams can manage and customize both Agents and Assistants. They can: 

  • Define how assistants respond in conversations
  • Control how agents operate autonomously
  • Build custom assistants from scratch

Breeze Marketplace

Customers can access HubSpot-built agents (e.g., Closing Agent, Customer Health Agent, Blog Research Agent, RFP Agent) or build their own.

Breeze Credits Updates

  • Breeze Copilot → Breeze Assistant rebrand
  • Features grouped under Breeze Intelligence (e.g., Data Enrichment, Buyer Intent, Form Shortening)
  • Data Enrichment now included with Core Seats (no credit consumption, except for Smart Properties)

Data Hub: Unifying Data for Growth

HubSpot’s Data Hub is the natural evolution of Operations Hub, rebuilt for accessibility and the AI era.

For the first time, businesses can buy Core Seats with Smart CRM without a Hub.

  • Professional: Robust profile, team, and tech stack features
  • Enterprise: Adds custom objects, datasets, advanced permissions, and expanded limits

Marketing Hub: Smarter Campaigns and Personalization

HubSpot continues its investment in AI-powered marketing.

  • “Lists” are being rebranded as Segments
  • Unified hub for building precise groups with AI-driven recommendations
  • Activate insights directly into CTAs, web pages, and personalized content

Personalization (Professional+)

  • Dedicated app to optimize tailored web experiences
  • Personalization Agent suggests and generates content variants
  • Manage multiple versions of CTAs and landing pages in one place

Marketing Studio (Professional+)

  • Replaces “Marketing Campaigns” with an AI-powered, drag-and-drop canvas
  • Teams can plan, create, and launch campaigns collaboratively
  • Embedded AI offers strategic guidance and scheduling optimization

AI-Powered Email (Professional+)

  • AI drafts branded emails
  • Dynamic personalization for each recipient

  • Integrated directly into the Sales Workspace

Smarter Sales Meetings (Professional+)

  • Meeting Notetaker records, transcribes, and stores notes in HubSpot
  • Adds source citations for credibility
  • Now includes an in-person notetaker on iOS app

HubSpot CPQ is now a fully integrated quoting, billing, and payments solution.

  • Professional ($85/seat/mo) and Enterprise ($140/seat/mo) tiers
  • Features include:

    • Templates & approvals (standard and advanced)

Loop Marketing and HubSpot’s Brand Refresh
