HubSpot created its Partner Advisory Council (PAC) in 2017 in order to gather valuable feedback from its most successful partners. The goal of the PAC is to turn that information into actionable intelligence to improve its partner program and better address the needs of partners from all over the world. The 2019 PAC members were chosen after completing a rigorous and highly competitive application process that considered the quality of their ideas and identified the top leaders among HubSpot partners. Only 15 distinguished companies were selected to represent North America.

The PAC will meet virtually every month to discuss updates and changes to the program. HubSpot will also rely on the PAC to provide feedback on product betas, new partner tools, and programmatic changes. The partners will work together to leverage their best practices and provide candid feedback in order to drive the value of the program.

This year, HubSpot launched six geo-specific PACs: North America, Latin America, EMEA, Australia and New Zealand, Southeast Asia and India, and Japan. Each PAC is expected to bring a fresh perspective to HubSpot’s agency partner program, act as a sounding board for the company, enable better access to new products and beta features for its Gold, Platinum, and Diamond partners, and continue to improve HubSpot’s program for the future.
